Welcome to The Social EMU ("the Platform" or "the Service") operated by SlothMania, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

- Creating an account or using the Services
- Continuing to use the Services after being notified of changes to these Terms

2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
- Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and current
2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, any applicable laws, or regulations
- Transmit viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or any user's enjoyment of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our express written permission
- Spam, harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
- Use the Services to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
Consequences of Violations: Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
2.4 Beta Services
Certain features of the Platform may be offered in beta, preview, or early access form ("Beta Services"). Beta Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may offer pre-release, beta, or early access features. Access is optional, may be limited, and may be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee availability, functionality, or continued access during beta periods.
We make no representations or warranties that Beta Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your requirements. Functionality, features, pricing, usage limits, and credit calculations may change at any time, and data associated with Beta Services may be lost or deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability arising from or related to the use of Beta Services.
3. Content
3.1 User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit, upload, post, or share through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content (in whole or in part) in connection with operating, providing, and improving the Services. This license continues for as long as your User Content is stored on our systems or is otherwise necessary for the operation of the Services.
3.2 Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit User Content that:
- Is abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
- Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
- Contains false or misleading information
- Contains personal information of others without their consent
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
3.3 Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:
- Review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at any time
- Remove or refuse to post any User Content that violates these Terms
- Take any action we deem necessary or appropriate, including legal action, in response to violations
3.4 Content Removal: You may request removal of your User Content by contacting us at support@slothmania.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove your User Content, subject to our legal obligations and technical limitations.
3.5 AI Generated Content: Certain features of the Services may generate content using artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies (“AI-Generated Content”).
AI-Generated Content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, irrelevant, or not aligned with your preferences, brand, or event details. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, suitability, or appropriateness of any AI-Generated Content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and determining whether to use any AI-Generated Content before sharing, publishing, sending, or relying on it.
AI-Generated Content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
Any Credits used to generate AI-Generated Content are consumed at the time the request is made and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or usefulness of the generated content.
4. Credits and Virtual Items
SlothMania, LLC may offer virtual credits/tokens ("Credits") that may be used to access certain features, services, or functionality within the Platform.
Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are not legal tender
- Are non-transferable between accounts
- Are non-refundable, except where required by law
- Credits used for AI-Generated Content are subject to Section 3.5.
Credits may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value.
SlothMania, LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, or eliminate Credits, pricing, features, or usage requirements at any time, with or without notice on the Platform.
Any unused Credits may expire, be forfeited, or removed upon account suspension, termination, or plan changes.
4.1 Plan Expiration and Reversion
Certain subscription plans, promotional plans, or time-limited access plans may expire at the end of their stated term.
Upon expiration, unless otherwise stated, your account will automatically revert to the base free plan, and access to features, functionality, usage limits, or Credits associated with the expired plan will be reduced or removed.
Reversion to the base free plan does not terminate your account. You may continue to access the Services under the terms of the free plan or choose to upgrade to another plan, if available.
Any unused Credits, features, or entitlements associated with an expired plan may be forfeited upon expiration, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be found at Privacy Policy Link.
Data Rights: You have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- The right to access your personal data
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal and technical limitations)
- The right to data portability (where applicable)

6. Intellectual Property
All materials and content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, excluding User Content, are the property of SlothMania, LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: "The Social EMU," "SlothMania," and related logos and marks are trademarks of SlothMania, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@slothmania.com or through account settings (where available). Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
7.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of termination when feasible, except in cases of:
- Immediate threats to the security or integrity of the Services
- Violations of law
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Repeated violations of these Terms
7.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and User Content, subject to our legal obligations
- You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination
- Any Credits or virtual items may be forfeited
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlothMania, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlothMania, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
- Your User Content
- Any activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Jurisdiction and Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10.3 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@slothmania.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
10.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Sending an email to the address associated with your account (if applicable)
- Displaying a prominent notice within the Services
Continued Use: Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account.
Material Changes: For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlothMania, LLC regarding the Services.
12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
12.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
12.5 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or government actions.
12.6 Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily limit access to the Services.
12.7 Export Control: You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
