By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and/or access to the App.

- Selling, purchasing, or promoting illegal goods or services.

B. Harmful or Offensive Content

- Threatening, harassing, or inciting violence.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
C. Intellectual Property Violations
- Selling counterfeit goods or infringing on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

D. Security Violations
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operations, including hacking, DDOS attacks, or unauthorized access.
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Harvesting or scraping user data without consent.
E. Unfair Practices
- Posting false, misleading, or deceptive product listings or reviews.
- Manipulating prices or interfering with other users’ listings.
- Engaging in activities that create unfair competition or harm the marketplace ecosystem.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when creating an account or listing items.
- Ensuring that your activities and content comply with this Policy and any other terms applicable to the App.
- Reporting any violations or suspicious activities to the App administrators.
3. Content Standards
All content submitted to the App, including product listings, images, descriptions, and communications, must:
- Be truthful and not misleading.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not infringe on the rights of others.
4. Restricted Goods and Services
You may not list, sell, or purchase the following on the App:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons.
- Stolen property or items obtained unlawfully.
- Human remains, body parts, or biological materials.
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods.
- Adult content or services.
- Any other items prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or modify any content that violates this Policy.
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when necessary.
